Problem Note 42178: SAS Workspace server connections may fail when the SAS® Grid Manager load balancing algorithm is used.

SAS Workspace server connection requests should not be redirected to an SAS Object Spawner that is part of a load balanced cluster after it has shut down or become unresponsive. The SAS Workspace Server associated with the SAS Object Spawner should be ignored until it is back online.
There is an issue when the SAS® Grid Manager algorithm is used that can cause SAS Workspace Server connection requests to continue to be redirected to an SAS Object Spawner that has gone down within a load balanced cluster.
